The law enforcement officer narrates what is seen as the UAP is recorded on video. Speaker: This has been flying stationary for about 15 minutes. (Background Radio): ...copy (RGA AU). [00:45] (Sound of vehicles passing) [01:00] (Sound of a large truck passing) Speaker: Okay, the craft is flying closer to me now. I can see it.
